Ravenswood real estate
Just to the north of the North Center neighborhood, Most of Ravenswood is in Chicago’s Lincoln Square neighborhood, but it also overlaps Uptown. The boundaries of Ravenswood are from Montrose north to Foster and Clark Street west to the Chicago River.
Ravenswood has the distinction of being one of Chicago’s first planned communities. It has also gained fame from being home to poet Carl Sandburg. Ravenswood is adjacent to several neighborhoods that share its characteristics; Ravenswood Gardens, Budlong Woods, Bowmanville, Ravenswood Manor and Lincoln Square.
