This weekend is a great time to be outdoors in Chicago. If you live in Lakeview, you can join neighbors and friends at the Belmont/Sheffield Music Festival. This outdoor street fair is very popular, with arts and crafts and lots of food. Local and even national bands will also be providing entertainment. The festival takes place, near your Chicago home, on Sheffield and Belmont Avenues and will occur on Saturday, May 28th from 12 p.m. to 10 p.m. and a $5 donation is requested per person. Another big outdoor event this weekend is the annual Randolph Street Market Memorial Day Weekend Season Opener on May 28th and May 29th. Antiques, fashion, art, kids activities, and vintage items can all be found at this event and if you live in downtown Chicago, delivery is free. The entrance price to this event is $8 and free for children under twelve. Hours for the street market are from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Sunday and the market is located at 1340 West Washington. Click here for more details.
