Chicago real estate agent, Melanie Giglio, was recently honored as a 2012 Silver Level Achiever and Top Producer by the Chicago Association of REALTORS®. During the interview, when Melanie was asked, “How do you stay in the game?” in Chicago real estate, she explained that responsiveness is key. “I think I just had to develop a different focus.I couldn’t just keep doing what I was doing and expect the same results when the market turned. I had to turn with the market.”
