The years I spent working directly for the owner of a construction firm has made me acutely aware of the type of work and costs that go into developing a property.
Prior to joining Exit Realty Redefined, I worked part time as a mixologist while attending school and as the executive assistant to the owner of Kattan & Kattan Construction. I have a B.A.Sc. degree in Allied Health from Roosevelt University and an A.A.S. degree in Science from Malcolm X College. I am an avid supporter of Catholic Charities, the American Diabetes Association and the American Cancer Society. I advocate for children, education, health and human rights.

Born and raised in the Bucktown area of Chicago, Ed Grochowiak brings a wealth of knowledge to Sergio and Banks Real Estate. Grochowiak has managed various buildings and empty lots in the Chicago-land area over the past few years. Daniela focuses on residential buyers, sellers, and rental clients throughout the greater Chicago area. Before becoming a broker, Daniela traveled the world as a competitive tennis player on the U.S. National team. She later worked as a USTA tennis professional teaching adults and coaching high potential young players. Daniela brings the same intensity, competitive drive and commitment that made her successful on the court to her work in real estate.

Brian has been involved in the sale of over 400 units and in excess of $75,000,000 since 2004; $20,000,000 of that sales volume has been multi-family apartment buildings, and vacant land. Brian was consistently in the top 5% of all realtors in Chicago from 2005-2010. In 2007, he was recognized by Metro Chicago Real Estate Magazine as a “Top 40 under 40” Realtor for his outstanding sales achievements.
Brian utilizes his attention to detail and persistence to ensure the success of his projects. He provides expert advice to his developer clients in pricing, layouts, and finishes. Brian graduated from Indiana University in 2003 with a Management degree and entered the Real Estate Industry as a broker in 2004 after working at Republic Bank for 6 months. Brian is also a volunteer at a Non for Profit organization, Willowhouse and was co-chair for there annual Benefit in 2010. In his spare time he likes to golf, read and spend time with his wife, Erica and son Ethan.
Beata joined Sergio and Banks in October of 2011. She has been a licensed realtor since 1999, and used to work for a big brokerage firm, where she was a very successful real-estate agent for over 10 years. She received a few Centurion Awards (exceeding $9 million in sales a year) as well as a couple Diamond awards (exceeding $7 million in sales a year).
As the market trends started to change in real estate, she decided to join Sergio and Banks in order to give her clients even better experience in buying, selling and investing in real estate.
