Beata joined Sergio and Banks in October of 2011. She has been licensed realtor since
1999 and used to work for a big brokerage
firm, where she was a very successful
real-estate agent for over 10 years. She received a few Centurion Awards
(exceeding 9 million in sales a year) and a couple of Diamond awards (exceeding 7 million in sales
a year)
As the market trends started to change in
Real Estate, she decided to join Sergio and Banks in order to give her clients
even better experience in buying, selling and investing in Real Estate.

communication and positive and professional approach. Beata works in all neighborhoods of the city
of Chicago and Northwest Suburbs.
She specializes in residential sales, multi unit buildings, condo conversions and
